Together with you, we take the user experience to the next level. In doing so, we follow our proven 3-step design process:
In the first phase, we get to know each other. We conduct interviews with your team, your customers and other stakeholders. We also organize workshops in which we clarify your needs, sharpen your goals and identify your target group. Finally, we analyze your competition and your market environment. Step by step, we gather all the relevant information, create personas of your customers and visualize a target group-centric customer journey.
Together, we formulate the technical requirements for your solution and clarify which functions are relevant for the target group. We also define which graphic design fits the requirements. On this basis, we create sketches and wireframes (page layout) and visualize the user flows. We then develop the first prototypes – of your website, for example – which can be tested by you and potential users. All with the aim of refining the concept.
Once the concept is in place, the actual design process begins: we develop customized, interactive and responsive user interfaces for all digital touchpoints that will inspire your target group. These prototypes are also tested extensively – by us, by you and, ideally, by your users. We use all feedback to make improvements and test the optimized product again. We go through these iterations until we have achieved the optimal user experience.
