The challenge
Personal Sigma Group AG needs a multisite that works for all branches with their individualities. It must be possible to create a duplicate for a new branch office with as little effort as possible and in the shortest possible time. The heart of all pages should be the interface to Jobdesk, which provides all vacancy, talent and team objects. These objects can then be found and displayed on the user platform via an intuitive live search. There will also be an option to subscribe to search entries and become a newsletter customer independently of this.
Solution
Thanks to the digital open source platform Pimcore, which aggregates, enriches and manages company data, we are able to build the extensive multisite. This means that pages can be easily duplicated and then the content and layout can be changed and adapted independently. The result is a website that is modern, fresh and clearly laid out. The Pimcore platform offers a powerful multisite function to operate an unlimited number of websites and applications within one Pimcore installation. It is possible for the individual sites to access centralized data or data that is unique to the branch office without any problems.
One highlight is the integration of a personalized search subscription. Various criteria can be used to search for a vacancy or talent. These matching results are then sent by e-mail in the form of a search subscription at the desired interval.
Thanks to the multisite structure on a Pimcore installation, individual or comprehensive extensions can be made for individual branches at any time. We were also able to implement Google Analytics 4 on the website of the Sursee office. Since then, we have been managing and visualizing the measurement data received via the web-based visualization tool Google Looker Studio.
